TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Franka Deluca to you. Upon booking a hair and/or makeup application with Franka Deluca, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

MAKEUP AND HAIR PREPARATION

Please arrive makeup free, clean face prior to your booking. Arriving with makeup on will only cut into your appointment time and can sometimes lead to appointments running over.

Please also arrive with clean, dry, hair ready for styling. Wet hair will only cut time from your appointment spent drying. Please know that arriving with unwashed, greasy hair will only result in styling being more difficult and not having the desired effect that you require.

If you are requiring extensions to be fitted, clips, sitting pretty halo’s etc, please let me know in advance. You can select an option online when booking hair and makeup; this adds an extra 30 minutes to your appointment allowing me to install them and have enough time for styling. This service is and additional $30.

If you have very long thick hair, please let me know in advance as this adds on 15 minutes to your appointment.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS / NO SHOW’S

If you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours prior to your booking and/or no show, an invoice for the full price of the appointment will be sent and need to be paid.

If you arrive over 20 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and the full amount may be invoiced to you to cover loss of income. I cannot complete your makeup after arriving 20 minutes late due to usually being booked back to back.

BRIDAL MAKEUP TRIALS / WEDDINGS

Please arrive with your face clean and free of makeup.

For the trial I kindly ask you not to bring any friends or relatives, as it can be too distracting for myself and yourself during the trial. If you want to bring a friend for support,please limit this number to one person.

If you can arrive with your hair semi styled and tidy and wear a white top it will make it a lot easier to visualise the end result.

Please gently exfoliate your face once a week before the wedding as well as the trial for the best results.

Avoid using NEW skin care products and facemasks 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

PAYMENT

To secure your wedding date a $100 booking fee is to be paid. Upon receipt of payment of this deposit, your booking is confirmed. This is a non-refundable fee and is in place to cover last minute cancellations and change of mind etc.

Full payment has to be made 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding

In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil your booking, I will notify you in the first instance and provide you with a replacement makeup artist, one whom I recommend highly. If I cannot find a suitable replacement makeup artist, I will offer you a full refund.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION

No reduction in the number of makeup applications is allowed after initial quote is accepted. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible. In the event that you need to postpone your wedding, your deposit will be transferred to your new date. However, if you choose a date I am not available your deposit will be forfeited.

If you choose to reschedule or postpone your appointment more than 12 months after your initial booking, you may be subject to a price increase.​

TRAVEL

I charge a base rate of $60.00 for travel in inner Sydney. Any further travel will result in additional charges to cover fuel and time spent travelling.

Parking cost and tolls are to be covered on your behalf.

Overnight accommodation is required if the location is 3 hours or more away.
